Hospice Tour 2024

Hospice believes that dying, caregiving, and grieving are three of life's greatest challenges. Its vision is that the dying will experience dignity and peace, their caregivers will receive the help they need, and their families and friends will be supported in their grief. Nanaimo Community Hospice is part of an interdisciplinary Hospice Palliative Care Team of professionals and trained volunteers. It works closely with doctors, nurses, social workers, spiritual care practitioners, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dieticians, home support services and other professionals in the community and on the Palliative Care Unit at NRGH.
